which USB cable for z500?

Can I use the same USB cable thats stickied above here in the forum for my z500 to transfer data to and from my PC? The z500 is not specifically listed and I can't seem to find out which cable to purchase...thanx!
 
I know this is probably REALLY late but I just found this site. Anyway, I use the DCU-11 cable for my Z500a. :)
 
got mine off ebay for $11 (granted it was not the SE official one...)

took me a while to figure out i had to switch my comp to use com port 10...
 
I have the datapilot DCU-11 cable for mine but I cant get it to work. What do I need to do to get it to read the driver.
 
I also need the correct driver for the USB Cable for the DCU-11
I have the CD that came with it but my pc does not except the driver.
I have windows XP on my PC.
Can anyone tell me where I can get the correct driver?
 
Drivers can be found on the sony ericsson site. even if your equipment came with drivers you don't know how long it was on the shelf and usually wise to go on site anyways for the latest versions. go here ...
