Which Urban Decay Primer Potion (Original, Eden or Sin) works best with oily Asian skin?

i don't have light asian skin i have tanned skin so which work best?
I live in Australia so i was thinking of buying it online but what other eye primer works well with my skin and can be found in Australia?
What do you think of Too Faced Shadow Insurance's Eye Primer?
