Which unlocked phone should buy for under $100?

New member
My old (cingular phone) just got washed, but the sim card still works! I am looking for a replacement (unlocked, not subsidized). Features I want:
Smartphone
Wifi
Camera (I could use one without if necessary)
It's okay if it's used
If you could recommend an outlet to buy from that would be great. I would prefer to use ebay. Which phone's can you reccomend?
