Which university would offer the best of education, life & easy access to the city?

If you were considering to study MBA at one of the good universities in UK, and want to make the best use out of this experience, in terms of its reputation, friendly environment, security, business opportunities and social life, but ALSO to be near or in the CITY where you dont have to travel far everytime I need to buy essential clothing/pharmacy/ run errands, or even do some shopping, how would u rate the following universities please:

Uni of Southampton,
Uni of Cardiff,
Uni. of Swansea,
Uni. of Surrey
