Which university in Germany should I apply for M.Sc (Computer Science)?

Which university in Germany should I apply for M.Sc (Computer Science)?

I am from Myanmar.
I got a degree in BA(Economic)
I got no English proficiency certificate such as TOEFL, IELTS
I got about 5 years working experiences in IT, as a programmer.
I got a scholarship from a group, but I have to apply the university by myself.

Is there any university which supports students from poor countries like Myanmar?

Appreciate for any information.
