Which U.S. Military branch is the best for females?

Well I was thinking between Navy or Air Force but im not so sure yet. Although my instructors told me that ill be ranked up faster with the Army.
People say that Air Force is a bit more laid back but is it laid back physically or laid back mentally?
And for Navy, does everyone in the Navy go on ships for months? or is it only some people?
