which type of tax (VAT or Service Tax) will apply?, if i do an art work to make

a wedding card or brochure.? I am a designer.If I do an artwork on computer to make wedding cards or something like that for my client, In my billing which type of tax will be applied?? VAT or Service Tax?? (I am not supplying anything its purely an artwork). I am a registered dealer in VAT Dept & Service Tax Dept.Please clear the concept of Tax levy.
I want to know the taxation for Mumbai only
