... with busy streets, cars, buses, bikes and even some stubborn pedestrians! I don't have the budget to consider a superb 2009 city bike, so my options would be a Comfort, a MTB, a Road, a Folding... for around $200 and, again, the best handling and maneuverability for busy areas and small spaces....
