I was wondering when it comes to someone abusing their partners, whether in a long term relationship or marriage which one do you think is the real coward/loser.
I'll give them in terms of A and B.
Abuser A is the biggest and strongest one who obviously targets someone smaller and weaker. He dares not to fight an opponent his size nor bigger because it will be a loss for him. An example is the typical girlfriend/wife beater. He abuses her verbally, mentally, emotionally and physical. His excuse is because she made him do it and she shouldn't have anger him. His victim is thinking it's her fault for upsetting him and that perhaps it was deserved.
Or Abuser B.... this is the same abuser but vice-versa. In this case, the abuser knows he/she is emotionally weak and will not retaliate in return. Ex: Edmond gets beaten by his girlfriend/wife but he never fights back (as a result of his upbringings/moral concept) and doesn't report it either. Basically he gets abused in the same manner Abuser A does it to his victim while he's there hoping it will get out of her system one day or thinks he must have done something wrong.
These two cases do occur in real life but if you had to vote which abuser is the lowest piece of scumbag (low life human) which would it be Abuser A or Abuser B? Or are they equally cowards?
