Sorry for the long links i dont know how to make them smaller. I initially fell in love with the Samsung. I have a Samsung now and I love it, haven't had any problems for over 2 years. So, searching BestBuy, this samsung 46" stood out. It's so sharp looking, I like the thin silver frame, and especially the base. I like all the specs, the fact it's internet connectable and that it's backlit. I was all set to purchase this one, until I saw the LG. Aesthetically, I think the Samsung is much better looking but the LG received great reviews, it's 1" bigger, also backlit, internet connectable, and has nearly equal specs (only differences are that the Samsung has more "apps" and it's 7,000,000:1 dynamic contrast vs. the fewer apps of the LG (although i think the netflix is the only one i could see using, if any) and a 4,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio) . Now if these were the same price, there's no need for questioning, Samsung, without a doubt. BUT, the LG is $400 cheaper AND comes with a blue ray home theater system. So I'm leaning now toward the LG although i never thought i would get anything other than a Samsung. Any opinions?
