Which to buy? Honda Odyssey or Toyota Sienna?

'Have a 2000 Odyssey (164K miles on it). Transmission is crapped out, 'will cost $3K to fix. It is WORTH about $4,500 for trade-in. Do I get it fixed, or buy another car? If I buy another car, I want to spend about $12-$15K. Buy a used Odyssey or a used Toyota Sienna?

What are the problems (if any) with a Sienna? Any opinions greatly appreciated.
