which tmobile phone should i get w/o contract?

my blackberry 8900 just broke.. i'm on craigslist looking for a new tmobile phone, preferably a smartphone. does anyone have any personal comments/opinion on the cliq, htc touch 2, or the dash 3g? please advise. thanks in advance
