I could get these Michelins -- LTX® A/T2 -- basically, Michelin's only option for my truck, or I could get the Good Year Fortera. The latter is cheaper, but I don't want to sacrifice safety and quality. On the other hand, I wonder if the Michelins are way more tire than I need (not to mention way more than I really want to pay). I don't know. I could do the Michelins. But I'd love to have a good tire for less money too.
I live in North Carolina, so we don't get a lot of snow. Usually it melts the day it falls. Ice is more my concern where bad weather goes.
