i jus baught noxplode creatine and true mass weight gainer.... (both from company bsn)
should i take em both at same time.... or should i finish the noxplode tub then have the wieght gainer... or what?? need help quick an fast!!!
so i would be better of bloating up my muscles with noxplode then fillin them in with wieght gainer.... yeah? sounds like a plan... cos all creatine does is fill your muscles with water... so once ive done that ill do the wieght gainer... ok il take noxplode first.
