Which Super Bike (Pocket Bike) Should I Get? (PLEASE ANSWER)?

The Super Bikes I can choose from are the:

X18-R Nitro Super Bike

OR

R32 Intraceptor Super Bike

Which one of these would you pick? The price really doesnt matter its only about 40$ difference, and please tell me exaclty how to shift a manual clutch on these. And one last question, if i was caught riding this on a street, and a cop pulled me over, would i get it taken away or just a warning.. i live in EVANS, NEW YORK (DERBY, NEW YORK)

if yu get pulled over say you didnt know works every time they wont take it away. and get x18 nitro has more power and accelerates faster
