Which Subject I should Chose as Major and Minor In EEE ? Electronics or Communication ?

HI !

I am a student of EEE . In this term , I need to chose one subject as Major and another as minor. there were 4 options , Communication, electronics, power, computer . I am pretty sure I am going to chose electronics and Communication ; but not sure which should be major and which should be minor.

I can take 4 courses from major and 3 from minor ; or 5 from major and 2 from minor .

I can chose subjects as :
[Communication Major / Electronics Major :]

Random Signal Processing /Analog Integrated Circuit
Digital signal Processing ii / Processing and fabrication technology
Microwave Engineering / VLSI i
Optical fiber communication / compound semi and hetero-junction device
Digital communication / VLSI ii
Mobile celluler Communication / Optoelectronics
Telecommunication Engineering / Semiconductor Device


in every line , 1st one is from communication group and 2nd one from electronics group ... i can take only one from from each line ; and according to my major and minor i can take 4 or 5 from one group and 3 or 2 from another .

so which looks better to you ?
