i'm 24 i have a hip problem i can't do a lot of running sports such as basketball field hockey and soccer. the goalie in soccer and field hockey does run a lot. do tennis volleyball and softball have a lot of running? i read volleyball has a lot of running with softball even though it has minimal running the bases are 60 feet apart i can't run that far. i'd like to do some sport as a hobby can anyone think of anything else with minimal running?
