Which sports championship would be bigger for a city?

none of the above. it is the minto cup in box lacrosse. open to every country. a true world championship. no other country has won but canada. all other sports you mentioned are not world championships. they are country league championships. next mann cup. again world open championship. canada 100 percent this one also. same status as world cup in soccer. every country plays.

The four major sports in our country and which one means more to a city?

I would say the World Series and Super Bowl are right at the top with the NBA Championship being third. But that's my opinion.

The New York Giants just won the Super Bowl but if the Yankees or Mets won a World Series that would be bigger.

The Rams also just won a Super Bowl but the Cardinals won the World Series in 2006 and that was bigger.

Boston is the same thing. So is L.A . . . Dodgers winning the WS would be bigger than the Lakers winning over and over.

But these are baseball towns.

What about well rounded sports towns like Oakland or Philadelphia?

If the Raiders won the Super Bowl wouldn't that be bigger than the A's or Warriors winning their respective championships?

The Eagles winning the Super Bowl would be much greater than the Phillies winning the World Series last year for the people of Philly.

So which one is greater for a city?
