Earlier, I asked what the difference was between cross country and track, and I forgot to ask which one you would prefer. CROSS COUNTRY or TRACK. Here was the answer I received:
cross country is basically running "across country" it's just longer running, endurance and such . Track is shorter and more explosive and of how fast can u go in a certain period of time. mind u track has 800 m races too.
