I play softball but the season is almost over now (crazy long season this year, play offs have been going on since August). I want to stay fit over the winter but don't really know what to do. I live in Belgium where the winters are generally really dark, rainy and miserable so it's not that easy to just go running/cycling every morning or so.. Of course if I enjoy my new sport then I might stick with it for longer than just the fall/winter/early spring
I've played a lot of different sports and enjoy most things, however I'm not really a gymnastics type of person. I'm open to absolutely any ideas so any would be great..
I'm an 18 year old girl, by the way, so I'm not sure whether or not there are certain sports for which I am too old to start with (eg Judo??)
