Which spin bike is better?

I am buying 3 spin bikes for the home. I found the following two bikes available at the same price. Which is better. We are going to use them as cross training for running. The users range in size from 5'2 110lbs to 6' 190lbs. They are both from a club. I understand that I need to check them out and that I understand but all things being equal, is one better than the other?
