Which species of birds have the largest wings (surface area)?

I know the Wandering Albatross have the longest wing span at 12 feet wide, but the wings are noticeably "narrow". I have also found that the Philippine Eagle has the largest wing surface area of Eagles (wingspan of 8 feet). Is there a bird in between who boast the largest surface area of any bird?
