Which software i sould use to make Sony Ericsson themes?

I want to design my own SE theme! But by which software?
I used Sony Ericsson Themes Creator the latest version but it doesn't support falsh or animated pics!
I want to know with which software i can make an animated or flashing theme for SonyEricsson.
