Which social science school is better, the British or the American?

I'm planning to do Masters in Political Psychology with contrast on social aspect and have the luxury to study in the UK or USA but still haven't decided which school is better and by school I mean the scholarly school.
In a way, I'm leaning toward the British school but still not sure, any tip?
