WHich smartphone should I get?

I have been using a siemens s65 for a year now. My previous phones were siemens sx1, sonyericsson p910i, nokia n-gage, nokia 7650.

all have been symbian smartphones.

I am not thinking of shifting to a smartphone again. Its linux or windows this time.

1. motorola E680i (about 350$)
2. benq p50 (about 550$)
3. qtek2020i/imate pda2/O2 xda2i (about 560$)

I like linux, e680i is smaller and cheaper and full of multimedia features
benq p50 and qtek has wireless,faster memory and big RAM.

IS the wireless on these phones worth to pay extra. AS I heard the mobile phones are still using wireless B.
 
I am on a limited budget. hence I cannot go with qtek 9100. Please show me a link if it is available for cheap. I need a phone for cheap around 500$
