Which size turbo would be best for my V8 5.0 Ford Mustang?

I'm planning to install a twin turbo in my engine. Which sizes should I go with so i get the most out of it yet don't choke the engine?
Ford Mustang 2011 V8 5.0
6-speed Manual Transmission
