The thief then tried to steal his bike only to get stuck to it because he couldn't let go while being electrocuted. Then there was a long line of people stuck to the thief, because they tried to pull him off the bike only to get stuck together. I didn't see this in Pee-Wee's Big Adventure when I watched it recently.
