I've been trying to lose weight but after losing 20 lbs it's come to a standstill. I try jogging outside or on the treadmill but I always become winded and can't last for longer than 1 minute.
So for the most part I use the elliptical three times a week. I was wondering if I should switch it up with the stationary bike.
I have used the bike before but rarely because it hurts to sit on it for long periods of time, and also because the machine says I don't burn as many calories on it as opposed to using the elliptical. But I feel that I work much harder and my heart rate increases more quickly on the bike.
What should I do? I still have 20-30 lbs to lose! I'm 5'6", went from 194 to 172 lbs, which has stayed around that weight for 2 months.
