Which should i eat (diet)?

Okay for health-wise since i'm on diet.
I'm carving for a snack but i aint sure which to eat.

1) Processed cheese slice - 50 calories per slice.
2) 2 pieces of dried apricot - Not sure about the calories tho.

I know, i'm better off with fresh fruits but i had eaten a banana, a papaya and an apple so far. I have eaten some trail mix too, so i want some "other" sort of food.

Which do you think is better to snack on?
