Which should I buy, iPhone 4 or iPad?

My aunty lets me choose to buy between an iPad or an iPhone. Which one should I get? Uses: Multimedia, minigames, contact, and using other apps. I already have a phone, but maybe I'll switch it, or I could get a pad which sole purpose is to annoy my cuz. So, which should I pick?
