for my bedroom ( not living room )

is 46 too big for my living and should i go with a smaller with better quality ?

Samsung series 6: UA40d6000 ; 40 inch with 200 cmr hz

or

Samsung series 5 : UA46d5000 ; 46 inch with 100 cmr hz


will be used for blu ray movies and ps3 games
