hello. i need road bike shoes for my clipless peddles. they are Crank Brothers Quattro style peddles with the big spring in the middle of the peddle and the rotating clip with 4 possible clip points. is there a spicific type or brand of shoe i need? does a cleat need to purchased also? and if so which cleats are compatable with my peddles, that also with what shoes are the cleats compatable? i feel like im making this more complicated then it needs to be so any help is much appreciated! thanks

For Crank Bros, the cleats should come with the pedals, so you should already have two sets if you purchased the pedals new. Regarding the shoes, any shoes with the two holes will work, or its called SPD (not SPD-SL) compatible and you should be good. There is basically only two standards for the shoes regardless of shoe brand: One with two holes, one with three holes, and ones with both so everything is covered.
