Which road bike is better?

Motobecane Sprint w/ Shimano Ultegra vs the Tommaso Velocita w/ SRAM Force? Im hoping to get some opinions, as Im starting to really get into biking. Im looking to use the bike for my downtown commute as well as for training on weekends Both are $1000. Thanks!
