Which restaurant do you think is appropriate in Toronto?

I want to take my girlfriend for a dinner/lunch on Valentine's Day and I am really confused about which one is a good restaurant. Here are the options:

- Canoe (http://www.oliverbonacini.com/canoemovie.html)
- Colborne Lane (cannot find the website)
We are 19, so I would prefer a place where we are not the only kids. Any ideas? Money is not a problem. Oh PLEASE RANK the restaurants in order of preference. I just want something with a nice decorative interior or a good view, and good food.
