Animal Lover! <3

Im 14, I have a lot of time on my hands, I love animals, and this will be my first rabbit. But I would really like a rabbit that isn't the easiest thing to own. Something challenging. And so I wanted input as to which breed I should get.
So some breeds I had in mind are:
1.English angora
2.Lionhead
3.English Lop (or any lop, I just like the english best)
4.Dwarf hotot
5.Netherland dwarf
So what I want is a challenging, cute and friendly rabbit. And I prefer larger rabbits, but hotots and netherland dwarfs are too cute to pass up!
If you have any suggestions i'd love to hear them
I was also wondering if I should maybe get two rabbits so they wouldn't be lonely. And if I were to get two, would they have to be the same breed to get along better? Or could I get two different breeds? (I would also get them fixed)
Oh and I know English Angoras require TONS of grooming, but as I said, I want a challenge and I can get anything the bunny needs, toys, grooming tools proper housing and of course...LOVE
AND I have looked into getting a rabbit from the humane society and im wondering which breed would be best so I could see if they have one there.
Thanks a bunch!
I know it isn't a project! I just want a sweet bunny that doesnt just sit there. I want one that I can play with and groom and take care of.
