Which publication of An Illustrated A Brief History of Time is included in the box set?

I know there were two more publications after 1988. One in 1996, and one in 2001. I saw the box set that included A Brief History of Time and The Universe in a Nutshell together, and I wanted the 2001 version, but I'm not sure which publication it includes.

Also, it would be much appreciated if anyone could help me find the Illustrated (2001) version, along with the Nutshell, together, or separate at the lowest price possible...
