Which psp should iget?

i need to know should i get the daxter bundle silver psp or the new god of war red psp bundle both cost the same but the daxter has a memory card so should i buy the daxter bundle just for the memory card or jsut go for the god of war red one
also waht is a memory card for a psp worth
