i must buy a processor in 2 hours and i don't know what to chose betwin a Intel Dual Duo 2.4 Ghz and a Pentium DUAL Core 2.7 Ghz.Both of them got L2 2 MB of cache.Please help me to choose

i dont actually know which one of them will work better with the new games ...i want to play gta 4 and the Hot Pursuit, smoothly (in the limits of my system, of course) i have a Nvidea GeForce 9500 Gs 512 MB,123 bit and 2 GB of Ram
yeah...and my budget its limited....i can only buy one of these 2
