he was sitting on a plane? Federal agents nabbed the suspected NYC bomber as he was sitting on a plane that was about to depart and leave the USA.

This rapid response was possible only because of the no-fly list system.

Which president "started it?"

Shouldn't he get some credit?
Whichever president that was, I think Obama owes him a steak dinner...
