Which president shows more maturity and wisdom for his age: Obama or Kennedy?

Both presidents seem to have a spiritual connection to the country. The ability to fore-sense the direction of millions of people is uncanny. Kennedy sent a man to the moon. Obama set up a national health care program.

How can we access this power asindividual citizens? Is is through volunteering? Helping? Solving Problems?
