Which prepaid service???

Hey im in the Freeport, New York Area (11520)

im having problems picking a prepaid service

its either:

Verizon Wireless' Easy pay or inpulse (which is better by the way?)
can a verizon lg vx99000(env) be used with prepaid plans? and if it could what features could not be used???

Cingular's Pay As You go or Monthly pay as you go (again which is better plz??)

or Tmobile's prepaid service???

I currently have tmobile's prepaid sidekick 3, but its service is sometimes is slow and web browsing could sometimes be very slow....so im looking for something more reliable

I love texting, im's, web browsing, camera and music player

can any1 recommend a good phone???
 
no other prepay will be as good as t-mobiles when it comes to web and text messaging charges. the EnV can be used on prepay plans, i forget how much it is for easypay, and its like $300 for inpulse. i think its 10 or 15 cents per message (easypay might have plans), im not sure if easypay has mobile web or not, if it does, its $1 a day i think, but the env has a great camera and an awesome music player
