which prepaid cellphone company is better t mobile prepaid or at&t prepaid?

i was trying to find out which prepaid cellphone company has the best coverage and which one has the best price. im in georgia and i also want to be able to use the internet on my phone and will want a smart phone/pda. im just trying to figure out which one gets the best coverage keep in mind that the coverage for t mobile and at&t is different for there prepaid services than there contracted services. i just want to know which one gets the best coverage from people that have t mobile and at&t prepaid services. thank you
