Which pre-med schools in vegas are good?

I've just moved to the US from another country and I don't know much about US education. I'm currently a high school senior and having a good grade ( 2 AP classes, 3 Honor Classes in my total 6 classes. 5 A and 1 B+ ). I want to go to a medical school, my friends told me the best way to do it was to get to a pre-med school or a community college next year. Can anyone tell me which choice is better and which school to apply :) thanks a lot
