Which pre-1999 Star Wars game had a Dark side - Light side meter based on your actions?

The game had a first-person view. If you kill innocent people the meter moves to the dark side. I also remember a scene in the game where you go into the bar and the cantina band is playing. However, this is not Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast. What game is it?
