This meth head hit me on my 21-speed huffy when I was crossing the street. I was okay...worry not. I got up to yell at him. He offered me $21 (a dollar for each gear that exists on my huff) if I will not call the police because he was high, drunk and didn't have insurance as he said that he couldn't afford it. I noticed that he had a bumper sticker of a politician on his car. Who was this politician?
