1. Should have more hair showing on the left side.
2. is very interesting but you should try and focus on symmetry
3. I very much like the shadows. Also like how your eye is partially cut out. Maybe a little less cut out but still good. Maybe a bounce of some sort to brighten up the right side cheek. (a white box is simple) or possibly edit it so the top right fades out to white.
4. Good picture. The black and whites are balanced nicely in it. The light top left corner is off set by the dark bottom right. Also i like the shadow line going down your face.

I say picture 4.
 
the third one it has that special hint of color and makes the eyes and mouth stand out. the face has a soft complexion and the eye color is amazing!!
the second one TOTALLY freaked me out the first time i saw it

The 2nd. It shot at an interesting angle, and overall coloring creates this soft warm feeling.
