Which phones fit my criteria (WiFi/PDA/GSM/...)

I'm looking for a phone with the following:
-WiFi (b, g or b/g)
-GSM world phone including 850 band, preferably quad band but tri band is ok
-Keyboard (right now I don't care if it's front facing or sliding out the side, but I find the Blackberry 8700 to be the best of the ones I've tried)
-PDA, preferably with touch screen and stylus
-Bluetooth

I don't care about the OS or looks too much. $500 or under would be nice.

I'm planning on getting a prepaid plan with cheap minutes and text messages to use occasionally, and then use WiFi and VOIP at cafes with hotspots or at home for longer conversations.

What phones should I be looking at?
 
sorry to hijack this thread, but I'm also in a similar boat as migo and I didnt want to post another thread while theres one so similar already.

I basically have the same requirements but I also would like to consider the size implications (fit comfortable in my pant pockets). I also wont have a data package (w/ cingular) but I want wifi (im at the airport alot). bluetooth doesnt matter to me. same budget.

the s620 does look good but then so does the p4350. thoughts?
