If you have the iTouch, then the Iphone4 will be second nature to use. If you want to take a lot of great photos, the Sony phone would probably please you more, but in the list above, the other two are non-runners. Samsung don't make good quality handsets, and apart from the radio quality, the Motorola isn't anything as good as the iPhone. Just beware that the iPhone is not future proof, and it will shortly be outdated- but that's the case with any smartphone. Also, if you're accident prone, don't get the iPhone or you'll be paying for replacements every time you use it in the rain or have a liquid accident near it. All of the above will give you wifi access, but you really need a data plan to use the iPhone properly- and they are heavy users of data, often exceeding 500MB that most providers give you in a basic monthly plan. You can turn web use over the network off, but if you do that, stick with your iTouch for wifi and buy a cheap texting phone to deal with calls and texts!
