which phone: LG Versa, or HELIO Ocean?

Helio's service I have heard is not that good. It is limited. The plans are very expensive too. Versa is on Verizon. Verizon is known for best coverage & their plans are fairly priced. I would recommend sticking to Versa by Verizon.

i need to pick between a Helio ocean and the LG versa for my birthday and i need to know which ones better. plans, prices, and contracts dont matter, i just wanna know which one is overall better than the other.
