which phone is better? the verizon blitz or the verizon blackberry?

I'm getting a new phone rom verizon, but i can't decide which one.
I was trying to choose between the blitz and the blackberry.
Which one do you guys prefer. Or do you know other good phones from verizon?
Which phones do you like/ recommend?
ps: i'm not really into "touch screens"
